Hello! I’m Jenny (she/her), a Pelvic Health Physiotherapist. I work collaboratively with my clients with pelvic health concerns so that you can understand your body, stop worrying and confidently progress towards your fitness or lifestyle goals. I strive to provide compassionate, inclusive, and trauma-informed Physiotherapy care that revolves around your goals and fits into your lifestyle.

Throughout my education, I was immediately drawn to pelvic health, completing my entry-level Pelvic Health courses before I had finished my Physiotherapy residency (2015). I continued my post-graduate Pelvic Physiotherapist training, focusing on urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, pessary fitting and care, high intensity exercise in pregnancy and postpartum, and recovery after gender affirmation surgeries.

I am really passionate about your health and wellbeing, and am a lifelong learner. Outside of my clinic hours, I tend to be teaching, developing or taking courses in the field! In 2022 I co-created The Pessary Course, which runs throughout Canada and the USA teaching physios, doctors and nurses how to do pessary fittings. I also have courses online for external practitioners and trainers who want to help their clients with pelvic health concerns without having to do an internal exam. I am a teaching assistant with both Pelvic Health Solutions and Antony Lo "The Physio Detective" from Australia. I really enjoy helping Physios, Fit Pros and other Health Care Providers provide optimal care for their clients.

I have always pursued various forms of exercise myself (jogging, bootcamps, spin classes, strength training, CrossFit, Orange Theory). Apart from being a completely average gym goer, I also enjoy singing, dancing, and spending time outdoors with my husband, Sho, and our pets – Mikko the dog, and Melody the cat.
