Flavia Zimbrean

Flavia graduated from Queen’s University in 2013 with a degree in Physiotherapy and brings over 10 years of experience helping clients improve their mobility, function, and quality of life.

She is committed to providing compassionate, patient-centred care through hands-on treatment, personalized exercise programs, and clear education. Her treatment approach may include manual therapy, tailored strengthening and mobility exercises, LASER therapy, and kinesiotaping to help reduce pain and support recovery. Clients also receive a home exercise program to help maintain progress between visits.

Outside of work, Flavia enjoys long walks, tennis, swimming, and making the most of the summer weather. Originally from Romania, she moved to Canada in 2008 and returns regularly to visit family and stay connected to her roots.
