Heather is the owner of All Things Pelvic, founder of Physio at Hand, and your mobile physiotherapist.
With over 15 years of experience, her approach focuses on individualized, compassionate care that helps clients feel supported and comfortable in their own environment.
Meet Flavia Zimbrean
Flavia graduated from Queen’s University in 2013 and has over 10 years of experience helping clients improve mobility, reduce pain, and maintain their quality of life. She provides personalized in-home care using hands-on treatment, tailored exercises, and education to support each client’s goals.
