In-Clinic Physiotherapy Treatment (50 Minutes) - $145.00
SURCHARGE of $40.00: Additional fee ($40.00) will be applied to an Assessment or Treatment for a Pessary Fitting. The cost of the pessary is an additional fee. See Pessary Services for more information
