Jenny Telfer-Crum

Pelvic Health Physiotherapist

Hello! I’m Jenny (she/her), a Pelvic Physiotherapist. What does it mean to be a Pelvic Physiotherapist? I work collaboratively with people experiencing pain or pelvic health concerns so that they can understand their bodies, stop worrying and confidently progress towards their fitness or lifestyle goals. I strive to provide compassionate, inclusive, and trauma-informed Physiotherapy care that revolves around your goals and fits into your lifestyle.

Throughout my education, I was immediately drawn to pelvic health,  completing my entry-level Pelvic Health courses before I had finished my Physiotherapy residency. I continued my post-graduate Pelvic Physiotherapist training, focusing on urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, pessary fitting and care, and high intensity exercise in pregnancy and postpartum. This also encompasses pain management including sexual pain, pre and post surgerical care and trauma-informed care.

I am really passionate about your health and wellbeing, and am a lifelong learner. Outside of my clinic hours, I tend to be teaching, developing or taking courses in the field! In 2022 I started teaching with Pelvic Health Solutions for their Pessary care course, and am also teaching assistant with both Pelvic Health Solutions and Antony Lo. I really enjoy helping Physios, Fit Pros and other Health Care Providers provide optimal care for their clients.

I have always pursued various forms of exercise myself (jogging, bootcamps, spin classes, strength training, CrossFit, Orange Theory). Apart from being a completely average gym goer, I also enjoy singing, dancing, and spending time outdoors with my husband, Sho, and our pets – Mikko the dog, Cadence and Melody the cats.
